Smart-Hose® Safety System
LL1 incorporates an internal cable connected to normally unseated “Plunger Valves” located on each end of the cable. The integrated valves will instantly stop product flow if a catastrophic failure occurs. No human intervention is required to activate the system.

COUPLING DATA
- CHEMICAL VERSION: Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel.
- HIGH PRESSURE - COMPRESSED GAS VERSION: Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel.
- FLAMMABLE GAS VERSION: All parts are 316 stainless steel with brass plug valve.
- BRASS VERSION: All parts are brass with 316 stainless steel snap ring or beryllium copper.
